On 21 April, the eve of Earth Day, UCS Green Impact and Camden Clean AIr held An Evening of Sustainable Action. The event brought together pupils, parents, and businesses to showcase innovative solutions and opportunities for climate action. This was an interactive meeting of like-minded businesses and individuals looking to make tangible impacts on their environmental footprint. Its aim was to encourage individuals across Camden and the school community to commit to sustainable action. We had different ‘focus rooms’ based around Camden’s Climate Charter, one of which was Rewilding and Biodiversity.

We were delighted to have BeeLine represented in this area, alongside Buglife, Heath Hands, and the North London Beekeepers. The BeeLine helpers spoke with students, businesses, and teachers, about the possibilities of re-wilding, no matter how much space they have, and the benefits this could bring.
